Upper Red Lake is a premier MINNESOTA ice fishing destination in Northern Minnesota, and is known for it's walleye, northern pike and jumbo perch!

John's Fish House Rentals has purchased Beacon Harbor Resort on the North Shore of Upper Red Lake! We are very excited to move to the North shore and be able to offer our customers sleeping facilities on and off the ice! We will continue to offer custom built sleeper fish houses both big and small along with day fish houses with either a kitchenette or hotel room on shore. Our houses are moved frequently to keep you on fish. From the time you show up to the time you leave our goal is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

Upon arrival, your house is warm, clean and the holes drilled - ready for you to walk in and drop a line!

The Daily Bag / Possession Limit for Upper Red Lake WALLEYE is 3, not more than one 17 inches or over. The Daily Bag / Possession Limit for NORTHEN PIKE is 3, with a protected slot of 30 to 40 inches.

One over 40 inches allowed.
